SHIPPING TIME INFORMATION - Shipping time to the customer is usually 2-9 business days. If you see that an item is in stock on our website then it will be shipped by Fedex or UPS within one business day... if you provide us with an email address when you pay for the order on our website... we will send you a tracking number after we ship your products... sometimes this tracking number will go into your "spam filter" or similar filter so be sure and look there also. If you do not receive a tracking number please email: katrina@newenergytechco.com and she will assist you. NOTE: If you Cancel an order "Before you have received it" ... There will be a 10% Cancellation Fee subtracted from your Refund.

PRIVACY POLICY & SECURITY - YOUR PRIVACY IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US... In order to process an order, we need to know your name, e-mail address (optional), billing and (if different) shipping address, credit card number, and expiration date. This information allows us to process and ship your order, and we keep all of your information private. How do we protect your personal information? When you place orders on our website, we offer our secure server. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encrypts all information you enter before it travels over the Internet to us.

USING THE HEATER & PRODUCT CLAIMS - We do not make any claims that have not been verified by our own testing. In order for these heaters to work properly and perform up to our product advertising you need to have good insulation - R19 in your walls and R30 or better in ceilings. NOTE: Vaulted ceilings, basements, garages, and similar applications usually do not have this good of insulation... These poor insulation factors will lower the square footage of heating coverage. If there is no insulation our heaters may not seem to work at all. NOTE: In order to work properly our heaters need a certain amount of humidity in the air with 40% being optimal. Low price humidifiers are available at discount stores everywhere.

NETCO SATISFACTION GUARANTEE & RETURN POLICY - You can return or exchange any purchase within 30 days for any reason but the CUSTOMER MUST PAY the Return Shipping and Handling Fees.

NOTE: To be eligible for a refund, the merchandise must be in new condition, packed in its original manufacturer box and include all original packaging material, original manuals and any accessories that came with the item. Items that are returned in unsellable condition, are missing parts, or returned to us without authorization will be charged a 10%-20% restocking fee at our discretion.

New Energy Tech Company must receive your return request by phone within approximately 25 days after the date you received your items so that your purchase will reach us by the 30 day limit. CREDIT CARD REFUNDS: Please allow 14 business days after our warehouse receives your package for a refund to be processed to your credit card.
